• Recovery: At MTSS we understand that your recovery is one of the most important things. Recovery and rehabilitation can range from treatments to home adaptations and support. MTSS is there to make patients and their families aware of the services available to support their recovery, these services could be provided from public, charity, and private sectors.

• Health and Social Care Support: MTSS looks at supporting you and your family, MTSS can liaise with community services and local authorities to help build a more unique and bespoke care package with the correct support and services based on what matters most to you and your family.

• Family Support: A serious injury can affect the whole family. Sometimes your family and close friends will need support to be able to best help you cope with life when you return home. MTSS can also help you and your family access a broad array of specialist support and services, including formal and informal support

• Social Prescribing: MTSS works within a community referral programme where we can refer you and your family to a range of local, non-clinical services with the aim to support you to take a greater control of your health and future health care needs.

• Housing: MTSS can support you with any applications to the local authority or social landlord that provide housing. At MTSS we can also support you with housing disputes, homelessness, or mortgage difficulties.

• Employment: MTSS can help you understand your employment rights your sick pay entitlement and any other work-related issues that you or your family may have.

• Financial Capability (Benefit advice & support): Following an injury, you and/or your family may be able to claim benefits to which you/they were previously not entitled. We can conduct a detailed benefits check and then we can support you/your family with the benefits application process from start to finish.

• Financial Health Checks (Debt Advice): MTSS can support you and your family with any financial worries you may have, we can conduct a specialist financial health check which will highlight any areas of concern, this will also help to determine if there is any financial support that may be required such as debt advice or further financial advice and support.

• Legal Advice: Following an injury, you or your family may have questions regarding, financial issues, or employment rights etc. The legal process can be slow so therefore getting the right and reliable advice quickly is essential.
